(“Happy Health”) processes “Consumer Health Data,” as that term is defined under applicable state privacy law, about consumers who reside in the states of Nevada, Washington, and any other applicable U.S. jurisdiction in connection with our Website, Products, Mobile Application, and the Services as those terms are defined in our User Agreement and Terms of Use, as applicable. This Health Data Policy relates only to Consumer Health Data. It does not describe how Happy Health processes your personal information or protected health information (“PHI”) subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”). We collect the following categories of Consumer Health Data:
- Information that could identify your attempt to seek health care services, including the Products and our Services;
- Individual health conditions, treatment, diseases, or diagnoses;
- Social, psychological, behavioral, and medical interventions;
- Bodily functions, vital signs, symptoms, or measurements;
- Diagnoses or diagnostic testing, treatment, or medication; and
- Any inferences of the above categories of consumer health data derived or extrapolated from non-health information.
We collect Consumer Health Data from the following categories of sources:
- Directly from you when you share it with us and from your interactions with our Services;
- From third-party service providers that support the Services; and
- From your healthcare providers and others involved in your wellness or care.
We collect, processes, and disclose Consumer Health Data for the following business purposes:
- To provide our Services to you and to fulfill your orders.
- To communicate with you about your use of our Services, to respond to your inquiries, and for other customer service purposes.
- To tailor the content and information that we may send or display to you, to offer location customization, and personalized help and instructions, and to otherwise personalize your experiences while using the Services.

- To better understand how users access and use our Services, both on an aggregated and individualized basis. For example, we will evaluate which features of our Mobile Application are more (or least) used by users, and we will use this information.

- To create aggregated, anonymized, pseudonymized or de-identified data sets. We may use such data sets for research, product and services improvement and development, marketing, advertising, trend analysis, and other purposes.
- To comply with legal obligations, as part of our general business operations, and for other business administration purposes.
- Where we believe necessary to investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to safety of any person or violations of our Terms of Service or this Policy.

Your Privacy Rights

- Right to Confirm and Access: If you ask us, we will confirm whether we are collecting, sharing, or selling your Consumer Health Data. You may request that we provide you with a copy of the Consumer Health Data that we maintain about you.

This Health Data Policy is current as of the Effective Date set forth above. We may change this Health Data Policy from time to time, so please be sure to check back periodically. We will post any changes to this Health Data Policy on our Website or Mobile Application. If we make any changes to this Health Data Policy that materially affect our practices with regard to the Consumer Health Data, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law, including through methods such as emailing you and/or posting a notice to the Services.
